BJ's Lawncare and Landscaping company has immediate openings for maintenance division employee’s.

All levels of experience encourage to apply.

-Must have current D.O.T. card, or willing to purchase upon hire.

-Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs without assistance.

-Responsibilities include spring and fall clean ups, mulch installations, mowing, trimming, and edging. Various other maintenance tasks as required

-Must be personable and professional as you will be directly representing the BJ’s Lawncare and Landscaping code of quality to clients.

-Plant identification is a plus but not required, opportunity to advance for right individual.

-Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and medical card are required.

BJ’s Lawncare & Landscaping, Inc. is looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead our construction crews and deliver high-quality landscape projects. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in workmanship, efficiency, and team leadership.

Pay Range: $32–$36 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise landscape construction crews on job

• Read and interpret landscape plans and project specifications

• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site

• Communicate effectively with management, clients, and crew members

• Train and mentor crew members

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of landscape construction experience (foreman or lead preferred)

• Strong knowledge of hardscape, grading, drainage, planting, and site work

• Ability to read plans and solve problems in the field

• Proven leadership and crew management skills

• Valid driver’s license and MA hoisting license

• Valid DOT card

• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
